Lyndsey's Slimming World Diary!!

Well I think I have a diary in every section of minis, so now i'm on Slimming World why not start that one.

I have recently come off a VLCD as I couldn't stick to it, I just kept picking at food. I read up alot about SW and it seems the way forward for me.

I've been on SW 1 week and my WI is a Wednesday night. This week I lost 3lb which I was really pleased with. I expected a STS or a gain due to coming off VLCD & being TOTM.

I will use this diary to log my food & general chit chat. I can't imagine anyone would want to read my drone but if they do any tips will be greatly appreciated.
 
Right here we go, I'll update as I eat.
Week 2 Day 1
Green Day

Breakfast - fruit & fibre (heb) with semi skimmed milk (hea) & banana

Lunch - Chicken (heb) salad & salad cream (2 syns)

Snack - melon, blackberries & peach
3 chunks galaxy (3 syns)

Tea - SW chips, boiled egg & tomato and onion. Tomato ketchup (1 syn)

Snack - alpen light & tunnock (8.5 syns)

SYNS - 14.5

No diet related but.... My 10 month old slept the night through for the first time :0)

Thanks a lot. Here is hoping for 2 nights sleep.
 
Extra Easy Day

Snack - baby bel (hea)

Lunch - sw spag bol & pasta

Snack - alpen bar (heb)

Tea - Chicken, boiled potatoes & peas

Snack - rice pudding (hea) with jam (2 syns)
 
Today is my Birthday & my husbands so today is off plan!! Can feel it's going to be very synful.

Rather than depress myelf I'm not adding my syns up!!

Glad you had a good day! My baby didn't sleep through until 11.5 months - longest year of my life!

After yesterday off plan back on it today -

Breakfast - 150g strawberry yoghurt (1.5 syns), banana & peach

I gained 1.5lbs this week :0(
It had been my birthday so had a few drinks & chinese but didn't think i'd gained...whoops.
On holiday Saturday till Saturday so need to bee 100% before & after.

I've been awol on my diary for a little while but still on Slimming World and still stalking mini's.
My weight loss has been very slow with silly little gains for no reason in particular so this is it. I am going to be 100% this week to prove to myself this diet does work :0)
 
I can not fail yet another diet!!! But my weight loss on SW is very slow...see my signature :0(
 
I have left my SW club and I'm going it alone. I was queuing for 30 mins then rushing off to get home and put my little boy to bed.
As of tomorrow I'm on mission going it alone (with the help of all in here) x x
