Lyns Diary (new and last one!)

Hi all bit of an intro Im Lyns , im now 30 and im married to Dan have 6 kids, (16,14,7,5,4,and 2yr old)
i have a hypothyroid (underactive) and although now on the correct dosage(175mcg daily) im struggling and have for long time losing the weight gained during the whole process,(12yrs)
along with gaining weight during each pregnancy increasingly hard
to lose each time,
i m now at a big turning point in my life the time i decide to turn things around once and for all, along with just wanting to lose weight, i wanna get fit and healthy to be able to enjoy things with my kids, so here i am on a mission to lose about 50lbs in total .
Start: 14 st 1lb (197)
Current: 14 st 1lb (147)
Goal : 10 st 7lbs (-50lbs)

right plan for day 1
going extra easy route

plan plan plan and enter diary as frequently as can not like before when i come on here to moan about gain and wi day!!!!

B: 2 weetabix heb with skimmed milk hea(not all allowance) 1 piece fruit

L: chicken bacon (no fat) pasta (dried) lettuce tomato onion cucumber
mullerlight yogurt

T:ham onion mushroom omelette with 28g grated cheddar (6syns)
fruit 2 pieces

syns for Wednesday

i plan on keeping this one going xxx

slight change to what had planned but kept on top of things

no bacon or pasta or salad at lunch
just chicken pieces i munched on (no skin) oven cooked no added anything
strawberries
4 cups of tea
1 500ml bottle water
1 pt diet pepsi

B: scrambled egg + mushrooms coco pops snack bar (4)
L: small pasty (bigger than a snack but not as big as a med so aprrox syns) (15)
T: chicken, cauliflower, brocoli , garden peas

Hi Lyns i too have under active thyroid and after 2 years my weight is now starting to move i am doing ww and have lost 9 so far, there are a few threads on here from people with under active thyroid who i am sure you will gain a lot of support from. Just concentrate on 1 day at a time and keep posting your diary good luck you can do it x

thanks hun yeah i know that sw works thats the hardest bit !!
i got to just over 1 st loss and slowly let myself slip thinking this is just too easy and let it all go back on whilst still going to group (not missed 1 since joining) over a year! and just a case of getting my head back in the right place along with taking my meds properly (i normal dont care if i miss a day or two but taking meds is crucial and i know this but yet still cant kick my own arse!! lol thanks for all the support guys its much appreciated

Looking good hun, but you don't seem to eat much? Chuck some fruit in to save syns, am just saying as know i'd be hungry eating just that x

yeah i do try in the week ! if that make sense i had a massive plate of veggies with my roast (above) an i mean HUGE so didnt need much between meals
whereas in the week after school runs ill have fruit inbetween to make up my superfree and snacky type foods xxx

fruit as snacks and busy day today so dont feel hungry when on the go hoping for a better result (than a gain) than last week!!
shopping today with 4 moany kids wanting sweets crips chocolate toys etc its going to be hard xxx but ill get through
hope all my Mini pals are doing ok ive got bbm now so anyone on add me (pin on profile ) and we can keep in check :)
