Lyn's Losing Diary, (June Restart!!) 44lbs to go ..

Hi all bit of an intro Im Lyns , im now 30 and im married to Dan have 6 kids, (16,14,7,5,4,and 23mth old)
i have a hypothyroid (underactive) and although now on the correct dosage(175mcg daily) im struggling and have for long time losing the weight gained during the whole process,(12yrs)
along with gaining weight during each pregnancy increasingly hard
to lose each time,
i m now at a big turning point in my life the time i decide to turn things around once and for all, along with just wanting to lose weight, i wanna get fit and healthy to be able to enjoy things with my kids, so here i am on a mission to lose about 4 st in total .
Start: 14 st 3.5lb
Current: 13st 9lbs
Goal : 10 st 7lbs

Joined Slimming World on 23rd March 2010

Desperatley trying to lose and finding it a real struggle
Look forward to getting to know plenty of you along the way

WI @ 7.30pm..........last chance of getting a bad result hope not too bad if a gain fingers crossed for a sts or possible loss ive not been overly bad this week but little things have crept in.......

and along with kids back at school and joining gymi AM losing this week........

Are you using skimmed milk(on weds and thurs?) If so, you can have 350ml :)

Secondly, what day were you on on Fri? Youve got beans, potato, steak and sweetcorn so it must be extra easy? But if you are on extra easy, you can only have 1 HEa and 1 HEb

no its semi and yeah i know its success express which allows 2 hexa and b's but just a little more controlled on the plate of 1/3 ff and 2/3 super free

well i done it i went to gym induction and it was fab, put me through my paces a little but i came out feeling refreshed and worn out (which is a good thing) :)
i am going again tuesday to have my weights and free training induction
personal trainer is just fab and very understanding
glad i went and am going to keep going :)

wed went ok didnt come on and log food
naughty naughty ;)
thursday had gym shadow visit where i completed my whole programme (1hr 15mins) and boy did it feel good after id done!! :)
sunday today and lapsed a little where food is concerned but am going gym monday am so work hard to get shifting some of those extra cals consumed :)
