I love M&S 70g cashew tubs!! - In the book it says two plain shelled nuts - 0.5 syn - does this mean I have to count two or three bits of nut per syn. Sorry only recently started want to do it properly.....

Hi yes I'm presuming you're following slimming world . You'll have been given between 10-15 syns per day as your 'treats' so how you spend them. Yes it is 2 bits per 1/2 syn. Personally using my syns on such a high fat item is s no go. I'd want more for my money if you see what I mean. But if that's what you want to eat go for it just remember to count it
