M&S free food

I all, does anyone know if M&S vegetable curry is free? I haven't bought the sin free book yet and it isn't coming up on my app-I've tried Pintrest to see if they have a list of their free foods but I can't find one. Just for a quick lunch at work. Thanks x

I have the 2014 book and I don't see it in there. Would it just be under V for vegetable curry (in the M&S sectioN), checked under c for curry also

Have you tried calling M&S

The 400g chilled pack is 8 syns and the 330g Vegetable Curry and Rice meal is 3 syns.
The tinned 400g can is 7.5syns.
