M&S half fat mature grated cheese?

Hi all

Just bought a bag of M&S 'half fat mature grated cheese' and now wondering if this is a healthy extra A choice!

Can anyone answer this for me please?

I assume its cheddar? The HEX allowances for cheddar are 28g for normal and 42g for reduced fat so I would assume that 42g of your M&S cheese would be a healthy extra.

The book justs lists generically by cheese variety - the manufacturer isnt relevant

Thanks mandy296 - it just says "mature half fat cheese" so I'm not sure.

i have Waitrose Half Fat cheese and use 42g for my HEA
