Cruise PV M&S Ham and Egg Salad

Ive bought a salad from m&s for lunch its 170 calories for the whole pack it has 9g carbs in it the salad cream is seperate and can be taken out but was wondering if i could count it as a tolerated food?

No salad cream or dressing. Not as tolerated either. But great that M&S sell salads with the sauce separate - perfect for Dukan/Pv! As long as there are no pasta, rice, potatoes or pulses in the salad...

Its just lettuce tomato and cucumber! a proper english salad! haha

But I may go to M&S cos it's the £10 meal deal this weekend and they sometimes have a whole chicken for the mains which is not bad with a sides, dessert and wine. Well - got to have something for my gala meal!
