    Hi,

Can anyone guess at what the syn value is for M&S roast potato seasoning? I only have a sprinkle on SW chips or roasties but as it has semolina in it it must have a syn value, however there is no nutritional value on the packet.

    Does anyone else use this?

    many thanks
    Sinead :)

Does it say what the other ingredients are? I've just done a quick google and imost people seem to be saying it's pretty much 100% semolina, maybe with a bit of salt and stuff in. If that's right I'd just syn it as semolina (4.5 syns for 25g)

thanks Ermintrude. Its also got brown sugar in it along with salt and pepper but it doesnt say the % of the sugar. hate things with no nutritional value on as its really hard to guess :(. I had it down as 2 syns to be safe but hope I'm not under-estimating.

    thanks :)
