Does anyone like M&S fuller for longer range?
I love the lunches. They are a bit calorific 400-500 cals n the fat contents high enough (sat fat isnt too bad) but they genuinely leave me 'fuller for longer' and they are so yum yum. I have them maybe 3-4 times a week.

I prefer cooking myself, plus can't really afford them! Also, don't have an M & S near me at the moment.

Yeah, ive seen them. But prefer count on us as the calories are alot lower. The count on us range is all under 400. Theres a diet plan you can follow for the fuller for longer. You should pick one up in store.
