Macaroni Cheese in a tin!

I have been doing SW on and off for years, and have always wondered why they took tin macaroni cheese off "free".....?? It always worked when I used it on Green days.

I'm A bit gutted too as I used to make a quiche with it in.

It must have been because the recipe changed. Either that or it was because lods of people wre blending it to make a cheese sauce and it was affected their losses.

My 2012 book says:

Low fat 400g can is 6.5 on ee and green, 17.0 on red.

Normal mac and cheese is

200g 3.0 on ee and green and 8.5 on red
400g 6.0 on ee and green and 17.0 on red

And yes you read that right it's better to have the full fat one! I know I read it 3 times to check :/

I love macaroni cheese, but I just have the pasta'n'sauce version, that's only 1.5syns a pack when made up with water and it's yummy!

Makes perfect sense to me!
