    Hi

The values for a 125g tin of mackerel in sunflower oil range from 4.5 syns to 6 syns but this doesnt say that it is drained.

I always drain first. Does any one know the syn values for the drained amount? BTW, its 88g drained.

If it helps, I eat the lidl version.

    Thanks

The problem with this is that the fish will soak up a lot of the oil, so however much you drain it you won't get rid of it all.

With something like this I always take the full syn value, to be on the safe side.
