Made a lovely dinner from the mag

I've not tried this particular version of SW lasagne, but have made a slightly different one from an old magazine and like yourself I was wondering what the white sauce would be like using quark but it is gorgeous. Might try this version but as I don't like beef it will be with turkey or quorn mince.
I've just done the hunter's chicken with wedges and salad, and it was delish! Want to try the lasagne, but the lack of cheese is putting me off. I guess you can put a hexa per portion of it on top?
