    Sunday 25th April 2010

    Breakfast - Special K with semi-skimmed milk, glass pure orange juice

    Late lunch - Roast chicken dinner (Chicken breast, carrots, broccoli, 1 new potato, 1 roast potato, 1 y/shire pudding, gravy). Homemade rice pudding.

    Early evening snack - 1 apple

    2 cups tea with semi-skimmed milk and plenty of diluted orange juice throughout the day

    No exercise today - DAY OF REST

    Breakfast - Special K with banana & semi-skimmed milk, glass pure orange juice

    Mid-morning snack - apple

    Lunch - Chicken salad & 2 beetroot

    Mid-afternoon snack - pear

    Dinner - Weight Watchers chilli con carne with basmati rice (no meat)
    Dessert - Weight Watchers Strawberry Meringue Luxury Iced Dessert

    Evening snack - Special K bar

    Diluted orange juice throughout the day

    Exercise - Weight training

    Breakfast - Special K & semi-skimmed milk, glass pure orange juice

    Mid-morning snack - apple

    Lunch - Ham & lettuce sandwich (2 slices Weight Watchers stonegrain bread) & cherry tomatoes

    Mid-afternoon snack - pear

    Dinner - Turkey breast fillet with 2 slices Weight Watchers stonegrain bread & tomato sauce

    Diluted orange juice throughout the day

    Exercise - Boxing training 2 hours
