Madmaxg - I can do it diary

    Hi All,

    Have come back to SW after a 3 week period on Atkins (Hated it and lost 1lb) I much prefer SW. I have decided to post a diary to try to keep myself on track. Food doesn't seem to be a problem its the alcohol at the weekend!!!!

    Anyway, I am doing Red/Green days with EE at weekends (I think)

    09/05/11 - Red Day
    HEA: 5 x laughing cow cheeses
    HEA: 42g LF cheese
    HEB: 2 x 400g wholemeal bread
    HEB: 3 x asda good for u rye crispbreads
    BREAKFAST: 2 slice of toast with butter (2 syns for butter)
    Snack: Carrot batons
    LUNCH: Turkey & Cheese salad & fruit salad
    DINNER: Lamb steaks with swede and spring greens with shallots & gravy. Mullerlite
    Snack:
    Total syns: Butter 2 syns
    Skimmed milk approx 50ml 2 syns (Max)
    gravy 2 syns

    RUNNING TOTAL = (15 x 7) = 105 - 6 syns = 99 left

    Fluid drank - 6 pints of tea (yes I have a pint mug) 3 pint NAS squash 1 pint water

    HEA: 42g LF cheese
    HEB: 198g new potatoes
    HEB: 3 x asda good for u rye crispbreads

    BREAKFAST: 3 x asda good for u rye crispbreads, 42g Cathedral city lighter & 2 boiled eggs. (3 syns Lurpack lighter butter)

    Snack:

    LUNCH: Tuna salad & melon, pineapple & mango fingers

    DINNER: Chicken wrapped in bacon & salad & new potatoes with butter

    Snack: Mullerlight & banana

    Total syns: Butter 5 syns
    Skimmed milk approx 50ml 2 syns (Max)

    RUNNING TOTAL = (15 x 7) = 99 - 7= 92

    Fluid drank - 6 pints tea, 3 pints NAS squash, 1 can diet shandy

    Exercise - 20mins Wii Zumba

    DINNER: 2 x tesco light choices cumberland sausages, bacon grill & fried eggs 1/3rd Tin Beans (7syns)on toast

    Snack: Chocolate chip snack a jack 3 syns

    Total syns: Butter 2 syns
    Skimmed milk approx 50ml 2 syn (Max)

    Baked Beans 7 syns

    RUNNING TOTAL = (15 x 7) = 92 - 14= 78

    Fluid drank - 6 pints tea, 1 cup of bovril, 3 pints NAS lemon squash, 1 can tesco diet shandy

    DINNER: Batchelors pasta n sauce (Cheese, ham & leek) 1 syn & Salad

    HEB: 1 x Alpen light bar & 3 x Finn Crisp
    HEB:

    BREAKFAST: Melon & strawberries & 1 x Alpen light bar (1/2 HEB)

    Snack: carrot batons & cup of bovril

    LUNCH: Tuna Salad (lettuce cucumber & red onion) Shape 0% fat yoghurt & Satsuma

    DINNER: Lamb roast with mashed swede, carrots, broccoli, green beans & gravy (1.5 syns) & Mullerlight

    Snack: 3 x Finn Crisp (1/2 HEB) & Cheese (HEA)

    Total syns: Gravy 2 syns
    Butter 1 syn
    Skimmed milk 2 syns

    RUNNING TOTAL = 105 - 5 = 100
    Fluid drank - 5 pints tea
    4 pints water/NAS squash
    1 cup of bovril

    HEA:
    HEB: 1 x Alpen light bar & 3 x Finn Crisp
    HEB: 198g New potatoes

    BREAKFAST: Melon & strawberries

    Snack: 3 x Finn Crisp & 21 g RF cheese & cup of bovril. 1 x Alpen light bar

    LUNCH: Egg Salad (lettuce, radishes, cucumber & red onion) Shape 0% fat yoghurt & Satsuma

    DINNER: Chicken thighs wrapped in bacon, salad & 198g New Pototoes & Mullerlight

    Snack: Apple & Satsuma & caramel jumbo snack a jack (2.5 syns)

    Total syns: 2.5

    RUNNING TOTAL = 100 - 2.5 = 97.5

    Snack: 2 x Satsuma

    DINNER: Chilli con carne & rice with salad & Mullerlight

    Snack: Snack a jack (caramel) 2.5 syns

    Total syns: 2.5

    RUNNING TOTAL = 91.5 - 2.5 = 89
    Fluid drank - 5 pints tea
    4 pints water/NAS squash
