I think I've mastered it now lol
6 1/2 lb last week
4 1/2 lb this week
I dont know what it was but when u exercised on ss you lost nothing.
Had a mushroom omelette everyday for dinner and the weight is flying off.
Nearly a stone in 2 weeks and I'm deep in to the diet this my 12th week.
Got to have my wisdom Roth out on sat so what see consultant for 2 weeks now. Not looking forward to it tbh. She told me to up my protein for the PAIN! Lol

well done thats amazing!! have you stopped exercising completely? I'm exercising whilst doing ss+ and will check my weight end of the month... but reading this has gotten me worried. Do you really stop losing? my cdc said I should be fine just keep up with water

Food wise I have the 4 packs. 2 shakes 1 bar and 1 soup. And just one meal. Mainly mushroom omelette because it's easiest thing to get working away from home. I had that name since I can remember and I wasn't always this big ;) lol
