    is it worth getting and how much is it
    does it have up to date syns values in etc
    having just found out about oxo's I wonder if little gems like this are printed in the magazine or if they are just kept for those who go to classes

    i think the magazine is well worth the money it has a 7 day menu plan, lots of recipes, sucess stories, healthy extra updates on green and red and a little box with things in thats new to have on red or green for no or low syns
    just my opinion mind

    I love the magazine and yes the SW updates are all printed in it. It costs £2.65. Buy it!!

    You can subscribe to a years worth of the magazine for £15. And you get a free gift with it too. Its a great magazine, definitely worth the money x

    Yep definitely get it, not only for the updates of syn values and healthy extras but also the stories, menus and recipies.

    I plan to pick one up at the meeting on Tuesday - I understand they are cheaper if you buy them there?

    They are cheaper in class. £1.75 if my memory serves me correctly, and well worth the price, even the full one.
    I read it from cover to cover and love everything about it.

    I always get one each month.

    I love trying out the recipes, learning about what new products we can have and their syn value and also any changes in syn value for some older products.
