maggi stock pots

Hi,
just made stew for tonights tea and have used a maggi stock pot.
does anyone know the syns for these? i read one thread but everyone on it kind of guessed, some said 1 1/2 others said the chicken was syn free?
first week on sw and wanna get things right as i use alot of these stock pots in my cooking.
