Magic Pancake Help

Ok....so i know this might be a really silly question but what type of oats do you need to use to make magic pancakes i want it to be syn free so need to be oats that i can count as my HEB, can you only use oats or is there any otherway to make them?

I dont think ive ever brought oat or had porridge since i was a kiddie as i wasnt really a fan, so if someone could point me in the right direction i would be very greatful

I use normal porridge (rolled) oats and it works fine. They are so nommy.

As long as they're not the ones that are in one-bowl individual packs, as they contain extra sugar. You want to get a box or bag of oats and then weigh them yourself.

Arh ok thank you I know it sounds crazy but never had the need to buy them so have no idea what I'm looking for lol. Is there a particular brand that's best to get, I'd rather not get ones with sweeteners in as want them to be syn free xx

I use the cheapest ones - I have Tesco rolled oats, I think they come in a bag. I then add Splenda to keep it syn free.
