Mags diary! feelin a failure need hlp! :-(

    HI ALL!!! Im mags, im 25 yr old and its my first day on diet! I did it before 3 years ago! and lost 3 stone! got me down to 9st 7lb! Im recently after having a baby girl so its dieting time again as i ate everything in sight!! Whilst pregnant!!! also have a 6 yr old son!

    My stats now are- i weigh- 12st 13lb!! ((HUGE)) I know!! at 5ft 3!!! :( im size 14-16!~ mostly size 16 in jeans sob!

    I haven't joined a meeting as of yet! but i started doin it myself today as i found some my old ww books etc and i have a new ww scales!!

    MY GOAL IS:

    1. TO BE REALISTIC!! 1-2LB WEIGHTLOSS!!

    2. THAT BY AUG 2009! TO REACH 9ST- 9ST 7LB!! MY MAIN GOAL GET TO 9ST EVEN EVENTUALLY!!

    3. TO KEEP ON TRACK! SAVE POINTS EACH DAY! TO KEEP FOR WKND!! NO MATTER WHAT!!

    4. TO EXERCISE AT LEAST 4 DAYS A WK!

    Turning point for me was when i could only fit size 16 jeans!! and my profile sat in the chair on computer in mirror!! :eek: Plus i have a picture from when i was 9st 7lb on my fridge jus found!! and i looked great! i put on my bebo page and all my friends commented on it !! like lookin stunnin mags!! i was like aaaaaaa i better get my ass in to gear!!

    so iknow first wk or so kill me as when your used of constantly snackin etc you get used of doing it so now iv to cop on if i want my firgure bk and even lower to 9st even! :D

    I might do my weigh ins myself as with this resession thing tryin to save!! unreal!! cant afford! so be every wednesday morning ill weigh in and let you all know how im gettin on etc! :)

    Well done on getting back on it!! You sound quite similar to me, i managed to get down to 9st 7lbs about 3 years ago and for the first time in my life I was slim. However started ww again after christmas weighing in at 12st 9lbs, im determined, like you, by summer to be back to slipping into my size 12s.

    I'm also going it alone this time credit crunch and all. This is my sixth week and so far so good, so its definately do able. Good luck with your journey ahead!!

    thanx calorie c! im sooooooo determined! this time!! must take a fat pic myself ha ha or i think i mite have 1 to compare!!! when i shed de weight!! i was size 10 in river island jeans at 9st 7lb!!!! was most amazin time my life wel besides havin my kids be seecond amazin thing!! i let a roar out in changing room my fiancee didnt know what happened or any1 else ha ha!!and size 8 in skirt amazin!! we get there! x

    God i remember that joyous moment that i managed to buy a pair of size 10 river island jeans!!! We'll get there again don't you worry!!

    Ive got a fat picture of myself on the fridge, fattest one i could find its a very good deterent, lol

    hi mags, best of luck, with all the support here u will def. get there, nice to see some more irish people on the site. done ww myself about 10 years and like a yo yo ever since, but here we are again! doing it myself also. just cut the crap out, frist week hard without the snacking but just more water and try new receipes.

    sos i said i try again... todays my second day on diet!! and going good i have 8 half points left for my dinner and 3 half for my last snack special k!! we are going into city so we going kfc! im gonna have mini chicken fillet and reg fries!! that will tke up my 8 half points im half afraid to eat em even doh i have points saved hlp will i be ok just nervous dont wanna fail my diet b4 even starts lol!

    also gonna get few bits from health shop - vitamins, someth for water rentention! and someth to hlp aid the weight loss as wel as doin ww and exercising!! maybe a slimming tab ha!! but definately been realistic this time doin ww and gettin my 1 half to 2lb off a wk!! everything else i do be a bonus!! plus i was on the mini pill as i was breast feedin changed to yasmin pill some say it hlps a little with water rentention but i know every one is different and react to pills different!! but sure god loves a tryer lol!!

    had a roll today for lunch with 2 turkey slices red onion and sweet chilli sauce nice ! snacks apple and 0 point jelly! so just get me kfc now then my last snack later and thats me day finished till 2 moro!!

    Sooo on i roll!

    I think the same about eating "naughty stuff" but if its in your points crack on. Made some weightwatchers angel delight for supper, will let u know if its any good!x

    Ok been good since wednesday! its now sunday! i was not out for valentines nite so we are making up for it tonight! going to a pub restaurant for dinner and dessert!!! so far today iv only eaten 4 and half points!! tryin to fill up on 0 point food until 7.30pm tonight then can enjoy my dinner!!! im going full wally! sos i made it up and i will be 13 points over!! either way for todays boldness!! but im gonna cut bk 6 half points tommorrow from my 20 points im on and 7 points off my 20 tues and exercise!! to make up for it i dont use my exercise points to have a treat as like not touch em!!

    so by doing this do you think ill still lose for wed coming!! down in lbs! or will i mess my dieting up !! im also tryin to drink 4 pints of water a day and on go cal 1000!!

    filling up on 0 point jelly tryin veg and maybe egg whites lots a water until can enjoy my dinner tonight hard slog but sooo wannna lose my weight but still enjoy the 1 nite!!

    hey all!!! sos last nite went a bit over board even doh id saved 15 half points! but i had saved them from 1 day! so my time dinner time came i was starving!!! not good as you eat more! as i was only to have dinner and dessert but id starters too! wen got there!

    so i was still over my 20 points by 18 points over ooops!!! so i was think cutting bk drastic!! 10 2moro 10 next day etc!!! but i learned 2 good reasons why!!! you cant!!!

    No.1 - You can ONLY SAVE 4 POINTS A DAY!! AND ONLY CUT BACK 4 A DAY TO MAKE UP FOR A BOLD DAY! AS IT INTERFERES WITH YOUR WEIGH IN! PROB GAIN SAME OR SO JUST BECAUSE YOU CUT BK DRASTIC! OR 4 FOLLOWIN WK WEIGH IN MESS THAT UP! THEY SAY THAT IS WHY WW HAVE THESE RULES IN PLACE THERE MADE FOR A REASON!

    NO.2 BECAUSE OF CUTTIN BK DRASTIC YOU CAN CAVE IN AND ACTUALLY DO MORE HARM THANGOOD FOR WEIGH IN!! CHANCES ARE YOU WILL OVER EAT ANYWAY AND EVEN GO OVER YOUR SET POINTS FOR THE DAY!! MAKIN TWICE AS WORSE!! NOT GOOD!

    So was great to learn this facts!!on this site!! was great help as i did not know this! previous!! phew!!

    so basically im 18 over sos im cuttin bk 4 today 4 tommorrow 4 weds and 4 thurs and 2 left can be left swing ha!! but this is NOT a good idea really to be doing!! but i have to this wk that life!! so for future references i will always save points from each day and exercise and water!! for my wknds as you can NEVER tell wen someth mite pop up and you cant refuse so better having points saved for wknds so you can relax!! not crack up thinkin oh iv no points what i do !!! hlp !! and binge!! and ruin your diet not good!! esp wen you have been good every day previous and this one occassion wreck the lot! cause youll eat all around you!!

    in occassions were you no points can afford to just have say i dont need that cake etc now i will have next time doh as ill be able to afford it and enjoy eatin it!! than sayin oh i cant have this i cant have that make you worse!! not good!! end up eatin the cake and it start a binge as you think ah wel i eat that iv diet ruined now any way and go totally to pot!!! wake in morn and feel so bad!! and then tell your self ill diet again next wk till same thing happens again vicious cycle dont do it girls!!

    we have think SLIM why we are doing this and learn tips trade and how to train our selfs minds etc!! to make plans always! that we always need to be ready for trouble areas that can threaten our diet journey!!

    We derserve best of both worlds!! that occassions and gettin our slim firgures whilst enjoyin our lifes!! no one wants b a grumpy dieter!! so prepare for the worse always and we can enjoy and lose at same time!! it a way of life for rest of our lifes!

    sos im all good to go... one by one takin down them barrers that are blockin my way workin out how to fix and avoid them!

    I love writin out my food diaries too and iv a page for my thoughts!! on how im feeling that day feels good!! along with gold star stickers ha ha!! Plus iv a fat picture present- 12st 13lb a 9st 7lb picture from 3 yrs ago big difference!! and i aim to get a future up to date slim picture of me at 9stone even or less wen i reach my goal!! and compare my journey!! as wel as takin pics of me tryin to get into certain make of jeans now size 10 and take a second nearly there and 3 rd wen in them and write on each picture what weight i was so ill know roughly for life what weight iv be to fit them jeans !!!

    sos that my plan!! so on i roll!!

    Oks its tues nite!! and i started ww by myself wed 11th! on my ww scales i was 12st 13lb! i carried on de wk great but came sun nite and i went massively over on points!! as i no extra spared etc! days after i tried cut bk but i coudnt in a way as bad unfillin food choices and i had ww tikka sauce one nite and i hated it so it fcked my meal up so had 7 potatoe chips and 3 bites of a chicken fillet in crumb!! anyway it ended up to be a disaster!! :-(

    Then to make things worse!! ( i know i shouldnt ) but looked on the ww scales -13 stone i cried solid for half hour!!! My orginal date was to weigh in tomorrow as i started on a wed!! at midday i hopped on it again after while after havin my breakfast 12st 13lb! so i was happy! but scale was in same place flat suface etc so i dunno fluacations!!

    So i said enough is enough i havent a clue what i weigh! AS normal scales said 12st 7lb!! I couldnt put my self thru this another wk! so i joined ww tonight! and i weighed in at 12st 13lb!! meaning besides 1 day early i lost nothin 1 st wk bad!! but i didnt gain main thing!!

    But NOW its a new start im with ww my nite weigh in shall be tuesdays!! and this my real 1st wk!!! yaaaaa!

    I looked thru ww mini folder and all new since i did it 3 yrs ago!! i like new plans ! nd way filling foods highlighted excellent so i am to get my lovely kick start for nxt tues roll on!! going out next wknd 28th so ill have spare few points for then startin that monday next wk!!

    Lookin forward to diggin in and seen this 1st wk weigh loss!! cant wait not ever again gonna let what happened me wknd gone!! always be sparing points!

    Hey hey its 1st day of my "FAST START" plan!! Im not followin exactly followin the menus in book!! doing it my way!! but if im caught on someth ill choose one them!!

    Sos todays menu is :

    BREAKFAST:

    x2 weetabix with fat free millk -100ml!! (its tiny amount of milk i measured it in my babys bottle!! the weetabix sponged up all the milk lol!! ) added ww yogurt! 3 points

    LUNCH:

    3 Cracker breads. 1 extra light laughin cow triangle cheese, x2 thin slice turkey, and an apple. 3 half points.

    SNACK;

    4 satumas- 1 point.

    DINNER:

    1 SPICY CHICKEN GRILL, 2 SMALL SCOOP MASH, VEG, BUTTER AND SAUCE. 7 HALF!

    LAST SNACK:

    Toffee ww bar, 3 rich tea biscuits, tea no milk, with canderal. 3 points.

    total: 18 points - fast start!!

    Exercise- skipping - 6 times in day for 5 mins bursts! = 30 mins! earning - 4 points!

    Feeling good!! ;-) lookin so forward for my actual proper weight loss!! I joined ww last nite so my new weigh in shall be tuesdays!!! sos im 12st 13lb!! what i be tues ummmmm!!! Hope to get kick start i need! I got the folder frm ww, its handy i must get the engerizer booklet next wk maybe a ww calculator for de points! I bought the toffee ww bars last nite i love em! i put em in freezer so they last longer for my last snack tonight ha ha!!

    So all can do now be good do my 18 pts a day!! exercise drink 2 litres water!!

    sos that it for nw!!

    hI all X its sunday nite!! and my friends cousins got thru to all ireland talent show on rte 1! victor and bert they are twins age 14! and singing!! So a big yahoooooooooooo to them!! best luck for final in march think myself and friend are gonna go to final show so all TEXT TO WIN VICTOR AND BERT THANX!

    In other affairs, my diet going good im takin go cal 1000 and i seriously think they ve kicked in and helping my diet!!! As i went 6 and half hours between meals yesterday!! that s a few days of takin em or is it a wk!! but all good i need that help!!

    I did 1 hour 30 mins walk today with my 6 year old son! whilst pushing my 6 month old girl in her big buggy!! My son a topper for to walk that long!!!!! his the best! so this been my 1st wk im only to manage 3 - 1 hour 30 min walks in!! it should hlp not able for full 5 days exercise yet!!!

    Also i find "noreen Blackett" page v good for list of points!!! if type name in google you get her [Page my long bumpy journey) its called! I found that a vegetable chow mein is only 4 and half points if so this absolutely excellent!!! as i love it!! gr8 to pick tat and it so low!!!

    ( i hope it is anyway ill find out for sure tues ooer) from me leader!!! Iv a could wknd planned this sat!!! includes a friends birthday!! she gettin a baby pink play boy hummer limo for us! then ann summers party in pub cant wait so iv to spare points from tuesday for wknd for my alchol points!!!! Wonderin what the lowest lowest drink i can get for full bottle to my self!! any 2 know!

    Oks Its my 1st weigh in tomorrow!!! scary! i have been good! but im terrible for peekin on scales think only 2lb down blah!!!! as 1st wk you expect more off 1st wk oh the joys so not 2 happy for weigh oh well !
