Maintainers grocery list

    What does your grocery list consist of foodwise staples that you eat each week?

    I don't have any staples yet as I'm in the middle of re-introducing conventional food, but...
    I have discovered that I no longer need mayonnaise because I absolutely love plain fat free fromage frais with spring onion and a couple of spoons of fat free salad dressing mixed together as an alternative!
    I was a mayonnaise addict so this is a major breakthrough as far as I'm concerned!! :eek:

    I'm also working my way through the pre-packed green salad collections in our supermarket and finding out that one green leaf is actually different to another!! :D

    Oh, and I also have to buy loads of salmon - never used to eat this before losing weight, but really like it now - very odd...

    Mine is the same as it always was -minus the secret stash:eek: , because of the kids. We eat the same meals most of the time and don't want to change that.

    A grocery list. Cripes. Just normal stuff I reckon.

    Pasta
    Potatoes
    Loadsa veg and fruit
    Yoghurt
    Butter
    Seeded bread
    Pitta bread
    Tinned toms
    mozzerella cheese
    feta cheese
    Cheddar (strong and mild)
    bacon
    Chicken
    Milk (skimmed....DS1 allergic to full fat milk)
    Honey
    Oats
    Seeds and nuts
    Sometimes beef or lamb

    and the list goes on ad on....:D

    Here is what my grocery list consists of and our my healthy lifestyle

    Lowfat skim milk
    kashi whole grain cereals
    Old fashioned oatmeal
    7 Grain Healthy Choice whole wheat bread
    Lowfat Blueberry and Strawberry yogurt
    Granola bars covored in chocolate
    Popcorn
    Salmon
    Tuna
    Chicken Breast
    Eggs (I only use the eggwhites though)
    Bananas
    Grapes
    Apples
    Pears
    Dried plums
    Lettuce
    Almonds
    Pretzels
    Carrots
    Celery
    Onions
    Potatoes
    XL hamburger
