It is a strange thing to say probably I know, but is anyone else having problems maintaining target weight. I am now 1.5lbs under my lowest band of target weight if you know what I mean, ie 4.5lbs below my target weight. I am finding it hard to increase my hes and syns as s w has become such a way of life and I dont want to go back to where I was. I am afraid that if I start back on a little chocolate and alcohol I will crave it again. Silly I know!
