Maintenance ideas for a novice??

Hi All,

I have recently done a few months of Lipotrim, having near enough reached my goal, I have sneaked a few pounds back on since finishing. I am keen to keep a control of any potential weight-gain now I am trying to maintain, not being overly keen on the LT maintenance products, I thought I would ask about CD maintenance options.

I intend to eat breakfast (probably Porridge or Alpen), have a maintrenance product/shake for lunch, and a cooked dinner (trying to be as sensible as possible with the dinner, although portion control often gets the better of me:sigh:).

So, what should I be looking at, what are the options for the maintenance style lunch idea?

Any advice would be welcome, would like to have a rough idea of what is best before hooking up with a local rep.
