major blip

hi, i had a major blip last night i am on week 8 it is getting close to the totm so feeling crap alround really went and had a blt and big bag of peanut m&ms, anyway over that today will have to put up with getting into ketosis again and i am aiming to drink 6 litres instead of 4 of water.
I dont know if it was a good thing or a bad thing because it has put my frame of mind back right and i keep thinking you silly cow it didnt make me feel any better anyway so now i know it just aint worth it specially as it was for no reason wouldnt of been so bad if it was a night out or something.Anyway i will stop blabbing now and drink some more water.

Exactly it doesnt make you feel better and you probably didnt really enjoy it either......you are doing the right thing, put it behind you and you have upped your water......hopefully this will limit the damage.

Yeah - no bag of sweets can undo eight weeks of hard dieting, unless it leads to more cheating.

I totally agree!.... Pat yourself on the back :patback: for what you have achieved so far, don't think too much about the negatives it really doesn't help just makes you feel worst. Put it behaind you hun and move on!
