major headache today

if it's any help, i always find that coming off caffeine, and obviously cutting right back on carbs gives me much the same syptoms within the first 2-3 days. i try and combat it by drinking at least 6 litres of water a day, so i know its not a dehydration issue with the headaches, at least.

it is pretty lousy feeling like that, but i would urge you to try and see it through if you can, as once the store of carbs in your body is fully used up, these symptoms should go away, leaving you feeling better.

I'm on the SS+ as well, so all the best going forwards :)

I felt exactly like that yesturday i nearly toppled over i was like woah what am i doing it was like i was drunk lol and i had the banging headache too! I think it is definately the diet but i think they just come and go cos today im fine! just drink water take ibuprofen and paracetamols and have a lay down, a little nap usually helps loads!

If I don't get some water down me as soon as I wake up, I do feel a little dizzy... are you drinking enough or spacing it through the day enough?
It shouldnt be caffeine or carb withdrawal if you are in week 5.
If it continues, then maybe see your doc? we shouldn't presume that CD is the cause of everything! And especially if we are over weight we are at risk of other things too!
