I'm just wondering how u all make your porridge! I love it with alpro soya original milk as it makes it creamy but know this will be syns! Does anyone make it with water as my a choice is milk that I use in my teas xx

Hi Hun
I don't ahead like to use my HEA on milk as I like cheese more so I just syn some of the Alpro soya light milk which is pretty low in syns.

I pour into the porridge flakes and microwave, add abit of sweetener and its lovely xxx

There is some dairy free milks that you can have quite a lot of! There's almond breeze, alpro almond/hazelnut milk, koko coconut milk, you can have a lot more of these than ordinary milks. The website will tell you exact quantities you're allowed. A you can have your porridge and milk as well as teas :) x

I make mine with water. In the winter in the microwave, served hot with a pinch of salt. In the summer, oats soaked overnight in water, then a chopped apple and some yogurt added in the mornng.
