Hi all, i love all the soups in the diet,i know that is weird, hehehe. But its just not filling enough, so i make my soups with 400ml , sometimes 500ml instead of the suggested 250ml, is it ok to do so?
Hey, thanks for the suggestion, have never heard of psyllium husk before, had to google it. it sounds good though, i would like my soup to be thicker. Also split soup into 2 portion is clever, going to give that a go.
HI. Making shakes with crushed ice is so clever, although i find it difficult to drink cold things at the moment, feeling really really cold:cry:. I have not ate anything today, not hungry, what is wrong with me? . There is some weird layer feeling in my mouth, maybe i am in ketosis?
wow!! am i really in it?! So excited!!! Yeah, totally agree with you, splitting the soups and shakes is the way to go, defo last much longer, i split bars too, and i chew 30 times for every bite, god, that is my only solid food for the whole day, so eat it as slow as possible
