    Just going to write everything down as i've been eating quite a bit of fruit!
    My goal is to lose 7lbs by the time my husband comes home on the 9th February. I started on tuesday.
    On nights tonight and tomorrow.

    Breakfast/Lunch

    Mixed berries-0pp
    150g Onken yogurt (low fat)-2pp.

    Supper

    chicken Korma-13pp
    ww mouse- 2pp.

    Snacks

    ww bar-3pp
    fruit(to make up my 5 a day)-0pp.
    milk for tea-2pp

    Total-22pp's.


    The chicken korma is from the Hearty home cooking book and it's really nice! I made it on Friday night.

    Exercise- Away to do a dvd.

    Edited to add that i'm on 29pp and have 2 stones 2.5lbs to lose.

    Couldn't get on yesterday so will do yesterdays food just now.

    Sunday

    Breakfast

    Banana and apple-0pp (Just after a night shift so i'd been eating doing my meals back to front)

    Lunch

    Egg mayonnaise sandwich-6pp
    Fromage frais 2pp
    mixed fruit-0pp

    Supper

    Turkey-2pp
    mashed potatoes-4pp
    roast potatoes-4pp
    veg-0pp
    gravy-1pp
    beetroot-1pp

    Snacks

    Milk (for tea)-2pp
    ww bar-2pp
    ww cheese biscuits- 2pp
    Some fruit but not as much as before!

    Total for the day-25

    Didn't get any exercise done yesterday.

    Chilli con carne/pasta-11pp


    Snacks

    milk for tea-2pp
    fruit-0pp
    crisps-6pp
    wine-?

    Going to exercise class tonight at 7.30.

    Well, i got weighed today and i've lost 3.5lbs! Have had to change my statistics as i think i made myself lighter to begin with as well!

    Anyway, todays meals are:

    Breakfast

    ww Cereal Bar-2pp

    Lunch

    Butternut squash soup-1pp
    2xslices brown bread-4pp

    Supper

    Macaroni and cheese-13pp
    2xtoast and marg-6pp

    Snacks

    Milk for tea-2pp
    Fruit-0pp
    ww smoky bacon corn bites-2pp
    3xglasses of ww wine-9pp

    total-29pp
    weekly-9pp


    Exercise- Going to a Jazzercise class tonight.

    No exercise today. Away to start 4 nights so need to iron uniforms and things. Enjoyed the jazzercise last night. It was something different!
