Mandies Food diary WK 2 EE

    Hi all

    I have decided to keep a food diary on here in the hope that if im going wrong someone will be able to tell me so that i am not kidding myself.

    I started wk 2 on Tuesday and lost 3lb in my first week.

    Here goes with WK 2 and im following EE

    Wednesday

    Breakfast

    2 weetabix HE (b)
    Milk HE (a)

    Lunch

    lean bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms (fry light), 2 poached eggs and beans

    Dinner

    sliced chicken with onions, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and two tortillas (9 syns)!! wont be having those again.

    Snacks

    Grapes and an orange
