Hiya! So im reintroducing shakes today. Im having 2 shakes a day, a low carb meal and perhaps some fruit, sugarfree jelly etc. I cant give up food completely and losses on SW are too slow so im doing this my way. I wont achieve ketosis but that doesnt help me much anyway so its not a huge deal. I started SW at 19st 6.5lbs. Ive lost 6lbs so im at 19st 0.5lbs starting this new regime! I'll be updating everyday and using this also as a food diary so if u cant bear food talk look away now!! xx

Good luck Hun! My diary contains food talk as well but more along the lines of 'hubby is eating this or this tonight, I'm well jealous' haha. Hope the plan works well for you xx

Day 1 30/3/11

This is my food diary for today!

11am:
Vanilla shake
Glass of sugar free squash

3pm:
Strawberry shake

Plan for dinner:
2 mini chicken fillets with a chinese marinade
Green veg

Snack:
Little fruit salad

All in all around 800 calories. As im not worrying about ketosis ive been drinking sugar free squash and will have one can of diet juice with evening meal. Altho will mainly be drinkin flavoured water! If i can lose 2lbs a week this way i'll be over the moon! Will be weighing on a tuesday evening so will keep u all updated x

Not good but brushing myself down and starting again. Was gonna give SW a try but have loads of packs left so see how I go doing WS. Good luck xx

Thanks Joanne! Yep im sick of failing at every diet. But im also not great with cutting out food completely! Durin the day im fine, but at night i like to graze haha. How are you xx

Im great. Plodding along with the diet but only a few weeks to go and I intend going back to Atkins coz Ill be in no rush to get the rest of the weight off. Thats the current plan anyway, lol.

Day 2 31/3/11

Todays food diary:

12pm - chocolate shake

3.30pm - vanilla shake

6pm - 2 lean pork steaks, mixed veg, corn on cob

Drinks: litre of sparkling strawberry water, 3 large glasses of sugar free squash, can diet irn bru

Already noticing a difference on the scales and not finding this difficult at all. Obviously not gonna get into ketosis but im not hungry at all, and having squash and diet drinks are helping me hugely!

Day 3 1/4/11

Todays food diary:

12pm - choc shake

3pm - Banana shake and an apple

7pm - lean pork steak in a chinese marinade with stir fried veg

Was a bit naughty and had half an aero, oops.
Total cals around 900 today

Plan for tomorrow is to have 3 shakes and fruit, cut out the evening meal! Good luck me lol x

Day 4 2/4/11

Well i didnt cut out the evenin meal. On thinking about it i started to panic and automatically thought about naughty food lol so here is todays food diary

12pm: choc shake

4pm: strawberry shake

7pm: chicken with stir fried veg

Got a nice pink lady apple for later.

Total cals approx 800
