    Hi there,

    Just noticing that you seem to be going over your syns quite a lot each day there Hun.

    You dont appear to have much in the way of bulk things and you seem to have the same thing for dinner everyday.
    Try and change this habit if you can, as your body will get used to eating it. Have a look through the other food diaries if you can to give you some ideas. I work full time, but I find that if I prepare my lunch and even sometimes dinner for the following day, I can have a variety of foods.

    Hi there,yes your right i do tend to eat the same for my dinner, changing slightly, but always bread.But i do deffo struggle in thinking of different things to eat, i think cus am scared of change in case i dont lose!!!iam deffo going to be looking at what other people eat and try and get some ideas and try and swap things!!as for sins, iam only just getting back into slimming world, so going to try and cut them more as time goes on, just hard sometimes, but ill get there....thanks for your advise!!!
