    i'm trying to lose it slowly, but like having targets nonetheless. i'll join in and aim for 5lb by the end of march!

    Tracey, my start weight was very similar to yours, and I can promise you, neither of those taste as good as being this weight feels x

    I'm new to this site whats a healthy figure you all think I should aim for next month? I'm not on any real diet just cutting the rubbish as much as possible and exercising as much as possible. I would say 14lb but that might be alot for me :confused::confused::confused:

    Well there's 5 weeks between now and the end of March, and the recommended amount to lose is 1-2lbs per week, so a sensible goal would be 5-10lbs. However, it's entirely up to you! If you want to go for 14, then go for it, but don't punish yourself if you don't reach it. If you set a smaller goal, you can always increase it later ;)
