Well Done Shellbell, I am not weighing for another couple of weeks...I am hoping a good result will keep me focused!!!!
Struggling a bit...always hungry and have started dreaming of pizza and Ben & Jerry's cookie dough Ice cream lol

I'm new to this site whats a healthy figure you all think I should aim for next month? I'm not on any real diet just cutting the rubbish as much as possible and exercising as much as possible. I would say 14lb but that might be alot for me :confused::confused::confused:

Well there's 5 weeks between now and the end of March, and the recommended amount to lose is 1-2lbs per week, so a sensible goal would be 5-10lbs. However, it's entirely up to you! If you want to go for 14, then go for it, but don't punish yourself if you don't reach it. If you set a smaller goal, you can always increase it later ;)
