For the past few months a few of us have used a monthly exercise thread where we record our exercise. I'm not great at exercising unless I have someone to do it with or a target to reach. This is Februarys exercise motivator where we can each log our exercise. You can also set a personal target if you wish. Any exercise, even 10 minutes, is better than nothing, and having the exercise motivator threads for over the past six months definitely upped my exercise.

It can be any type of exercise you want. Some of you might cycle, swim or go to the gym or exercise classes. Or you could use wii or xbox exercise routines etc, walk the dog, jog or play sport, which could all be rolled into your exercise. Even energetic gardening or housework or playing outdoor games with your children could be included.

You can be doing any diet, or none. This is just about the exercise we do.

The reason for the thread is to keep us motivated, somewhere to record our exercise and see what others are doing. For people like me who are motivated and challenged by targets you can also set a target if you wish.

Anyone can join, just copy the list to your post and add your name to the bottom.

craig .i have a .gadget fit .machine .each 10min is 1hours worth of exercice .how do i work that out if i do that 4 times aweek .lorna x

So far I've done 20mins prenatal pilates on Fri 1st, 30mins prenatal pilates this mornin n a 30min forest walk this afternoon. Here's hopin this month will be as sucessful as last month was 4 me! Good luck everybody!
 
craig it is a power plate .i thought that 10 minutes .but they say its ment to be like a hour at the gym .so i was wishfull thinking .lol lorna
 
i havent had it long .but my mate has one .and she used to use one in the gym .and said it does work .her son uses it .and her husband.and you dont have to go to the gym .lol lorna

Just loggin 30mins prenatal pilates 4 2day but hope 2 include a half decent power walk 2moro lunch time in addtion 2 2moro's pilates....hope it stays dry! :cross:

Craig u rock at this exercise lark! Well done on yer fab time this month so far! I'm so jealous - I really miss gettin a proper sweat on wif decent exercise as I'v had 2 tone it down alot since becomin pregnant - it's all powerwalks, prenatal pilates n yoga 4 me 4 the next few months! I can't wait 2 get back 2 it once the baby's born tho! :D
