Marie Rose Sauce

Hi guys

I love prawn cocktail or even just prawn salads, usually have this with Marie rose sauce but all the shop made ones i used to use are loaded with sugar. What do you use instead?

If you can find a low carb tomato ketchup you can mix it with mayonnaise to make a nice Marie-Rose type sauce. That's how I've always made mine. I can't recommend a brand of ketchup though, as I haven't found a particularly low one yet, but I've read some people that use a reduced sugar one.

I use Heinz one carb ketchup which you can buy from low carb megastore.
