Marinating chicken

I like either the Nandos Hot or Medium peri peri marinade which is 0.5 syns per tbls.
 
How about chopped fresh red/green chilies, chopped coriander & freshly squeezed lime juice......mix it all together over the raw chicken, marinade in the fridge for a few hours & stir fry with veg or whatever takes your fancy. If you like it spicy leave the pips in the chilies .....enjoy.
