I followed this plan for about 4 weeks before i slipped because of 2 holidays (lucky me) putting me in a holiday mindset!!!!
I am trying to find the time to get reading and listening to the book again. They really do work, well for me anyway. I do know that some people who have read it didnt really feel inspired, so it seems to be a very personal thing!!
If you were asking me, I would say, go for it, but make sure that you stick to it and listen to the cd EVERY day. That seems to be key.

Thanks for that - I ordered it from Amazon and will give it a go alongside my SW plan. Hope it might just deal with some of the cravings and make the whole thing a tad easier.
