Breakfast: ------

Lunch: Bulger wheat, mushrooms, pepper, onion

Dinner: Caribbean lamb (S.W. Recipe 0.5 Syns) shredded cabbage, shredded leek

Supper: 42g all bran (B)
250ml semi skimmed milk (A)

Snacks: Daim bar (7.5 Syns)

And I'm stuffed!! Only had the cereal and milk because I hadn't had my healthy extras...so didn't need.....them feel icky now :(
