Maroon Cat's Food Diary - From 13-09

    This is my first day on SW - back after i lost alot with it a few years ago and have spent the time since then on various other diets losing and gaining the same stone (and now have gained more than a stone :cry:)

    Anyhow - I would welcome thoughts or suggestions on my food diary below.

    Extra Easy

    Breakfast
    2 x Alpen Light Bars (HEB)
    Banana

    Mid Morning
    Apple

    Lunch
    Cous Cous with onion, celary, red pepper, cucumer and tomoato.
    Hard boiled egg
    Cold poached salmon
    Activia Fat Free Cherry Yogurt

    Mid Afternoon
    Apple

    Dinner
    Pasta with Laughing Cow triangles (HEA), tinned sweetcorn, onions and what ever else veg takes my fancy. Might put what is rest of the poached salmon through it as well.

    Evening
    Fruit salad made with pineapple, grapes, banana
    Carrots and Celary sticks

    Activia Fat Free Raspberry Yoghurt
    Half a wee melon

    Mid Morning
    Apple
    1 x Fibre Plus Bar (HEB)

    Lunch
    Cous Cous with onion, celary, red pepper, cucumer and tomato.
    Hard boiled egg

    Mid Afternoon
    Bananna
    Apple

    Dinner
    Baked Potato
    Egg Mayo made with2 tbps of Hellmann's Extra Light Mayonnaise (1 syn)
    42g low fat cheese (HEB)
    Salad with lettuce, celary, cucumber, tomato

    Evening
    Fruit salad made with pineapple, grapes, banana
    Carrots and Celary sticks


    Exercise
    45 min walk @ lunchtime

    Carrots and Celary sticks
    4 Ryvita Original (HEB)
    6 x Laughing Cow Extra Light Triangles (HEA)
