I have been eating this thinking its free as long as you make it with water or use your HEA for the milk.

It shows as 3syns is it still free the way I make it cos I dont use the butter?

It says made up as directed, so may be free if you make it differently? How much butter/milk does it say to use?
Maybe work out the syns for the milk and butter it asks you to use, and if that comes to 3 syns then we know it is free if you just use water
