Red Day Masala Crab Cakes

These are very yummy.... I had mine on a bed of salad.....

200g of Crab meat (fresh or canned)
200g of White fish fillet (roughly chopped)
1 TBSP Mild Curry powder
2 Garlic cloves
1 Red chilli (finely chopped)
4 TSBP Red Onion chopped
4 TSBP chopped fresh coriander
1 Small egg beaten
Salt and Pepper to season

Place Crab, Fish, Curry powder, garlic, red chilli, red onion, coriander and egg into a food processor. Season then process till mixed and chopped......

Then place in the fridge for 5-6 hours......

Add small balls to a bun tin and bake in the oven for 20-30mins @ 200oC

Then you are ready to eat them :)
