Mash Potato

Wondering if anyone can help. I am doing my first roast tomorrow since starting SW. I normally add a knob of butter and a splash of milk to a pan of mash potato. It will be shared between 2 adults and 2 children. Should I syn the milk and butter at their full values or not? thank you x

Weigh the butter, measure the milk. Work out the syns. Then divide by four.
