Mashed Potatoes

How much points are in mashed potatoes?, I had 300 gms of raw potatoes and added a heaped tbspn of Philadelphia Xtra Light

100g of potatoes is 1pt and extra light philie is 0.5pt for a tbspn. So if you didnt add anything else would say 3.5pts.
