I am just wondering how people have founf their skin after such a drastic amount of weigh loss so quickly.

I had a hysterectomy 10 or 12 years ago, and since then my tummy has never been the same. Add on all the weight gained over the years and it really is dreadful.

I just imagine that after losing the weight I will have this almighty flap of skin that will hang down to my knees!!

Have any of you had to have tummy tucks, or how do you deal with it?

I have had soooo many surgeries already in my life - last count was about 12 or 13I think, and I know there are at least two more ahead in this life. So the thought of adding yet another is not very nice. I will if I have to, but I just wondered what your experiences have been?

Does exercise during weight loss on a VLCD help?

    THanks a lot.
