Total Solution maximuscle sculptress bars

Can someone advise me if the maximuscle caramel crunch sculptress bars are ok to have on the exante total solution plan?

Not sure if it's recommended, but I had one last week and it didn't affect my weight loss / ketosis...

Thanks cat-bee for your reply. Do they taste nice and are they filling? Ive ordered some as they are currently on special offer and need some varity.

They taste nice, if maybe a little sweet... you certainly feel like your having something 'nice'. I had mine with a big mug of coffee, felt like a real treat. Hope you enjoy, nice to have something a bit different now and again

They're gorgeous if you like the texture naughty - kind of like a more chewy mars bar, and cat-bee's right, mega sweet after exante products. I preferred the tesco bars when I needed an occasional change. I think none of them are proper meal replacement bars with all the minerals and vitamins of VLCD bars though, so I wouldn't have them too often - I used mine in emergencies. Mostly.
