Hey guys!

I've had a week off LT and can't face going back to the shakes, im keeping my calories low however, and have just ordered some samples from slim and save. So im doing more or less the same thing but with a bit more variety. I have to say that If I do change, I will miss the LT forum :(
 
Hi Emily,
I think that when you get closer to target, you feel better about yourself and therefore it affects your ability to get back on track. Well that's what has happen to me in the past ;) Give the Slim & Save a try and see how it goes. Let us know how you get on :D Good luck
 
Hi. I'm starting LT on Monday so hard for me to comment atm. But good luck with whatever you decide to do.
