Hey folkes.. another months nearly over.. and i thought i would just start this thread so people can come in and pledge in plenty time before the first of may.. Any weightloss after the first of may will be "banked".. lol..

Soooooo.. for the Wonderful May Challenge.. Commencing on the 1st of May, which is a thursday... Here goes..

I haven't joined a challenge for ages because I keep chopping and changing my diet plan and falling off every one.

In May I want to complete the challenge to stick to a commitment that I have made on my diary - to cut out bread. It's my nemesis and triggers binges in me. So rather than stating how much I want to lose I want to stick to this pledge.

Hope this is ok for this thread?

note to everyone.. if your goal is to drop a dress size.. cut something out of your diet.. etc.. come join in.. it isnt just about weight.. it could be your inch loss.. or anything..

Hi, This sounds great, please could I join in? I'm a determined to maintainer and I need to get down to 145. I keep fluctuating between 156 and 160 - I think m body panics at being below 11st.

Would be great to be below 150 into the 140's for my birthday at the end of May.

I'm low carbing and low cal and managed to get into ketosis today - yaay!!

I'm gutted I won't make the April Challenge. Was gonna make the May target 12lbs but decided I'm gonna do some exercise as well so going for 14lbs again fingers crossed I will do it.
