Well although its day 2 of may already...

I did this challenge last June, (was supposed to be may but I came down with viral meningitis so changed it to June)

I want to run, walk, jog, x trainer, cycle etc... 100 miles (160 km)
If anyone would like to join me.. even if its a different amount of miles..or even if its just walking to and from the shops . just start a list, and go for it...

I'll join,wont be walking but I want to cycle at least 20 miles in one day which may sound easy to some but will be a challenge to me.
I did enjoy walking but cycling is much better and quicker and I've found it burns more calories than walking.

Can I join too. I love walking and know it works. I'm going to walk the kids to school every day and aim to walk a minimum of 10 miles each week.

Hey, I'd like to join your challenge! Am doing a 60 mile charity bile ride in July so need to start major training now. Did cycle/walk 20 miles on Sunday so 80 miles to go! Maybe I can even beat the 100 mile challenge - will keep you all posted

Put me down for 40 miles please Kes!

Can I back date my walking? (just for May though!) If so, Monday I did about 2 miles along the canal, yesterday we walked 1 mile to and from the swimming pool, and today's yomp with hubby was 6 miles, and I go out for half an hour at lunchtime, so call that a mile (3 times this week) so that's me of the mark with 13! I do hope that the weather stays good, otherwise I'm on the Wii like Rach too!!

Hi Kes, can you add another 5 to my total.

Only managed to get out at lunchtimes this week, evenings filled with zumba and weightwatchers instead, but I've planned to get all my housework done this evening so I get out tomorrow! I hope Mr Sunshine plays his part too!!

oh the sunshine would be lovely to make an appearance, and stay out.... where has the nice weather gone... have we had our summer already???
