can anyone help please. i want to make a curry with makway curry sauce . as i think its easy and closest you can get to chinese sauce. does anyone know the syn value per tbspn

I was just thinking the same thing. I cant find it on the sw website. does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance

Is it just a brand of curry powder with no nothing extra included? If so it will be syn free. But to be sure you can always phone the SW syn line.
