I was just wondering if anybody could help me on how many syns are in 1 level tablespoon of low fat mayonaise?

I have tried to look and one website says 0.5 syns and some other websites say 1-2 syns?

Anyone know about Hellman's Lighter than Light mayo? It's only 2.9% fat.

Thank-you, I was getting confused between low fat mayo and lighter than light, I will deffo be having lighter than light as it’s less! X
