I thought sweet potato was free on a red day?? Why does it have more syns than EE or Green??

Have I been getting this wrong all this time?

Edited to say: Yes, I have been getting it wrong all this time! It seems sweet potato has 1 syn per 28g raw or 1.5 syns per 28g baked

If you change over to BNS it is free on red or green or EE
