Hi there
Does anyone know how many syns per biscuit for rich tea lights?? I know it's 2.0 for a normal one but hoping these may be a bit lower???

you can use the calculation 20 calories = 1 syn, as anything like biscuits, crisps, chocolate, sweets, icecream, cakes and sauces etc have no free food allowance.

Thanks for this I have just learnt that after days of scanning the forum, I'm getting obsessed
Is it per biscuit??? If so there are 36 kcals so would you round to 2 syns??

Yes that will be per biscuit and I would take it as 2 because it is nearer to 40 than 30 calories
